LOCKED ACCOUNTS If you are using a YAHOO email or a company issued email (ex: yourname@yourcompany.com) or anything non-traditional you may experience problems with receiving email communications from the Couch Potato System. To avoid this and avoid any bounced email we highly suggest using a GMAIL, HOTMAIL or AOL email account for Couch Potato.
To change your account information you need to first log in to your Couch Potato account. Once you are logged in click on the "My Info" tab at the top (next to "Tech Support"). This page will show all of your account information. At the top of the box there is a link "Edit Info". This page will allow you to change your personal information. Once you are finished making the changes please click "Update My Info" at the bottom of the page. If you are changing your email address your points will stay in your account and you will just have a new email to use to log in. Please send in a Tech Support ticket if you have any questions.

"Our family went on our Disneyland Couch Potato® prize weekend
last week. It was the best Disney experience we've ever had. Staying
over Saturday night at the Grand Californian hotel made all the difference.
My wife and 3 daughters and I had a great time and just wanted to send you a
note to say 'Thanks'."
